Rolled Ice Cream Party Cake
This simple and easy to make recipe is a unique take on our favorite summer treat made with Darigold FIT and Darigold Heavy Cream.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Darigold FIT milk
- 1/4 cup Darigold Heavy Cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup Mix ins of your choice
- Instant Ice Cream Pan
Instructions
- Start by whisking the milk, cream, salt and sugar in a bowl until combined.
- Pour onto the instant ice cream pan and use the spatulas given to work it down into a thin layer.
- Quickly sprinkle on the mix ins of your choice and begin to roll the ice cream. Hold the spatula at a 45 degree angle for the best roll.
