Farmers Assuring Responsible Management

The National Dairy F.A.R.M. (Farmers Assuring Responsible Management) program launched in 2009 on U.S. dairies to ensure extensive, in-depth evaluations covering the full range of issues that make up cows’ well-being, including: Housing, Nutrition, Animal Health, Employee Education and Calf Care. NDA formally adopted the program to continually drive improvement in dairy management through research, on-farm evaluations and training modules that are available to all dairy farmers.
