Caprese-Style Cottage Cheese Topper

This super easy snack has it all. Color appeal, creamy freshness, savory herbs and zesty ingredients. If that’s not mouthwatering enough, it also only has 150 delicious calories.


  • 2 cups Darigold 4% cottage cheese, large curd
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped fresh tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
  • 5-6 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper


Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; mix to blend well. Spread over a toasted bagel or English muffin.
