Swiss Potato Bake

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs. frozen hash browns
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 pound chopped ham (optional)
  • 2 cups grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 pint Darigold Whipping Cream
  • 1 stick Darigold butter, melted
  • paprika (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350°F. Put hash browns in a 9x13-inch baking pan. Toss with ham, if desired. Sprinkle potatoes with salt and pepper. Cover with grated cheese, then pour cream evenly over the top. Drizzle with melted butter. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired. Bake at 350°F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
