Light Blue Cheese Dressing
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 4 oz. blue or Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup Darigold Plain Lowfat Yogurt
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 cup Darigold Fat Free Half & Half
In a blender or food processor, combine half & half, mayonnaise, yogurt, cheese, vinegar and black pepper until smooth. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
Preparation: 5 minutes
Refrigeration: 2 hours
RECIPE YIELD/SERVING SIZE
Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
To use as a dip, reduce half & half to 1/2 cup.
