Light Blue Cheese Dressing

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 4 oz. blue or Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup Darigold Plain Lowfat Yogurt
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Darigold Fat Free Half & Half

INSTRUCTIONS

In a blender or food processor, combine half & half, mayonnaise, yogurt, cheese, vinegar and black pepper until smooth. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.

Preparation: 5 minutes Refrigeration: 2 hours

RECIPE YIELD/SERVING SIZE

Makes about 3 1/2 cups.

NOTES
