Black Bean Soup

INGREDIENTS

SOUP

  • 2 cups Cooked Black Beans
  • 1 cup Chicken Stock
  • 1 cup Salsa Fresca
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Cilantro

TOPPINGS

  • Diced Avocado
  • Darigold Sour Cream

INSTRUCTIONS

Put black beans and chicken stock in a blender and puree for 1 minute. Add salsa fresca and chopped cilantro and blend for 5 seconds. Heat soup on medium for 5 minutes. Pour soup into serving bowls, garnish with avocado and Darigold Sour Cream.
