Super Bowl Mac and Cheese

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups Uncooked Elbow Macaroni
  • 3/4 cup Darigold Fat Free Half and Half
  • 1 Can (10 3/4 oz) Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • 3/4 cup Shredded Darigold Naturally White Cheddar Cheese
  • 6 tablespoons Shredded Parmesan Cheese (4 tablespoons plus 2 tablespoons for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons Bread Crumbs or 1/2 cup Croutons
  • Black Pepper (to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain pasta and place in a bowl. Add the first 3 ingredients plus 4 tablespoons of the Parmesan cheese to the pasta and stir until blended. Season with black pepper and red pepper flakes if desired. Pour pasta mixture into 6-cup ovenproof dish and top with breadcrumbs or croutons and remaining 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
