Marinated Indian Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 whole chicken breasts, halved and boned
  • 1 cup (8 oz.) Darigold Lite Plain Nonfat Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 425°. Combine yogurt, lemon juice and seasonings. Arrange chicken pieces in baking dish. Spread yogurt mixture over the chicken. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until chicken is crisp and browned.

RECIPE YIELD/SERVING SIZE

Makes 4 servings.
