Caprese-style Cottage Topper
- 2 cups Darigold cottage cheese
- 1 cup coarsely chopped fresh tomatoes
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
- ¼ cup toasted pine nuts
- 5-6 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- ½ teaspoon salt (optional)
- ½ teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; mix to blend well. Spread over a toasted bagel or English muffin.
