Pumpkin Nog Pie
- Prepared pie dough for 9-inch pie
- 1 can (15 oz.) prepared pumpkin pie filling (about 2 cups)
- 1 cup Darigold Egg Nog
- 2 eggs
Prepare pastry. In medium bowl combine all filling ingredients; beat until smooth. Pour filling into pastry-lined pan. Bake at 400° for 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool. Serve with sweetened Darigold Whipping Cream and garnish with nutmeg.
