Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups Darigold Lactose Free milk
  • 1 package (3-3/4 oz.) instant chocolate pudding and pie filling mix
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • Darigold Whipping Cream, whipped (optional)
  • Chopped peanuts (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Pour cold milk into bowl; add pudding mix and peanut butter. Beat until blended, 1 to 2 minutes with mixer or wire whip. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Stir pudding and portion into 4 serving dishes; garnish with whipped cream and peanuts if desired.
