Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups
- 2 cups Darigold Lactose Free milk
- 1 package (3-3/4 oz.) instant chocolate pudding and pie filling mix
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- Darigold Whipping Cream, whipped (optional)
- Chopped peanuts (optional)
Pour cold milk into bowl; add pudding mix and peanut butter. Beat until blended, 1 to 2 minutes with mixer or wire whip. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Stir pudding and portion into 4 serving dishes; garnish with whipped cream and peanuts if desired.
