Fresh Peach Frappe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1-1/2 cups sliced fresh peaches*
  • 5 tablespoons frozen concentrated pineapple juice, thawed
  • 2 cups frozen yogurt or light vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup Darigold Lactose Free Milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Puree peaches and pineapple juice in electric blender at High speed until smooth (about 10 to 15 seconds). Add frozen yogurt and milk; blend again on High until smooth. Pour into 4 tall serving glasses; serve immediately.

RECIPE YIELD/SERVING SIZE

Makes 1 quart or 4 servings.

NOTES

*Frozen, thawed or drained, sliced canned peaches can be substituted.
