Fat Free Moochacino

INGREDIENTS

MOOCHACINO

  • 1 cup Darigold Fat Free Half and Half
  • 1.55 oz. packet fat free cocoa mix
  • 6 frozen espresso cubes
  • 1-2 packet(s) sweetener (optional)

ESPRESSO ICE CUBES

  • 1 cup Darigold Fat Free Half and Half
  • 2 tablespoon instant espresso powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Moochacino:
Pour Darigold Fat Free Half and Half in a blender. Add cocoa mix and frozen espresso cubes. Whip on high speed until mixture is creamy and smooth. Add sweetener if desired. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Espresso Ice Cubes:
Mix Darigold Fat Free Half and Half and instant espresso powder together and pour into an ice cube tray. Freeze 4 hours. To remove frozen espresso cubes from the ice cube tray, run hot water over the back of the tray for a few seconds to loosen. Keep frozen espresso cubes in a plastic bag in the freezer.
