INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups Darigold vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Darigold Fat Free Milk
  • 1-1/2 cup frozen mixed summer fruits (like peaches, melons, etc.)

INSTRUCTIONS

Pour yogurt and milk into blender; add frozen fruit, cover and blend until smooth.

Or if using plain yogurt: add 3 to 4 tablespoons vanilla or coconut syrup.

RECIPE YIELD/SERVING SIZE

Makes 2 servings.
