Caramel Apple Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups Darigold Lowfat Vanilla or Plain Yogurt
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons caramel sauce
  • 1-1/2 cups frozen cinnamon apple sauce cubes*

INSTRUCTIONS

Pour yogurt and caramel sauce into blender; add frozen applesauce cubes. Cover and blend until smooth.

RECIPE YIELD/SERVING SIZE

Makes 2 servings.

NOTES

*Pour applesauce into ice cube tray and freeze until frozen.
