Cottage Cole Slaw
INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups thinly sliced cabbage or 1 package (16 oz.) chopped cabbage for cole slaw
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 2 tablespoons chopped flat leaf parsley
- 1 cup Darigold small curd cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients; allow to chill 2 hours.`
